Hi Sir, can you explain question 3(b)? What is actually asking from the examiner?
It is asking what other information the company needs to carry out these initiatives.
So a revenues centre does not report on costs but does report and is responsible for revenues. It will need detailed information (more than just a single revenue figure) to manage revenue performance eg trends, effects of changes in selling prices or advertising campaigns, prices charged by competitors.
