Can I still use the current F5 opentuition notes,lectures and bpp revision kit which is only
valid up to June 2017 for Sep 2017 exam???
Are there any changes to the syllabus or the exam format ???

There are no changes to the syllabus or the exam format, so your books etc are OK 🙂
