Sensitivity of a project to sales volume (computation)

Good day sir,
The latest ACCA PM BPP revision kit (Mock 1 Question 20) has a question on sensitivity analysis. How do i compute sensitivity of a project to a change in sales volume please? I’m aware that sensitivity of a project to sales price is calculated as profit/sales revenue * 100% but I’m finding it difficult to compute that of sales volume. Thank you.
