What do we need to know about these topics? I saw a question on your Flashcards regarding them and I was wondering what is the most they can ask on this as I haven’t covered it in detail.

I wouldn’t worry about either of them – you could not be asked any calculations and I would be surprised if they were ever mentioned.
(In fact I am surprised that I put them in the F5 flashcards! The only place they are really likely to be mentioned in in Paper F9)
