sir i dont understand this latter part of sentence under sensitivity analysis(SA), SA identifies maximum possible change in percentage, but cannot be used for individual units, selling prices, variable costs per unit etc.

I don’t know where you found this statement but it is wrong.

It can be used on any individual item (but not more than one item at a time).
