In answer scheme, Q3(b) state that the yield interest is 3% and 4%. I cannot find any in the scenario. Help me please

Part (b) is asking you to demonstrate that the interest payment does not change and so to demonstrate you can use any two interest rates – one higher and one lower. The answer chose 3% and 4% but you could have done (for example) for 2% and 5% or any two rates.

Does it means we can choose any number because at the end the outcome will be the same ?

    You are welcome 🙂

(However they would expect you to use reasonably realistic numbers – so not 1% and 20% 🙂
It would work but they would not be very likely changes in the interest rates.)
