    regarding part b how is the borrow at yield plus 60 basis point is calculated as $11.52m for interest rate 3% and $17.92 m for interest rate 5%

    Sorry, but there is no question called Sembilan in the June 2011 exam – please check again the date of the exam. (I don’t have the BPP book)

    The debt is 320M (second line of the question).

    If yield is 3%, then with 60 (0.6%) added on gives 3.6%.

    So the interest is 3.6% x $320M = $11.52M.

    (Similarly, 5.6% x $320M = $17.92M)
