Dear tutor,
The last time I took my ACCA exams was more than one year ago with tuition courses, and I failed P7 with 48 in June 2014. I know the reason I fail was because I didn’t manage my time very well which I left a whole question no time to answer. Because I didn’t work for an accounting related job so I haven’t studied for ACCA for a long time since failed the exam.
I am thinking about resit this exam now and move to accounting area. Should I just study base on my old material or should I take some new courses for the update syllabus?
Thanks a lot
Your old material should be fine so long as you look long and hard at the new audit report standard – there’s an updated chapter in course notes and there’s a good article in the P7 technical article section
