Why the following services will create self interest threat :
1. Temporary staff assignment
2. Recruitment servicesWhen you ‘lend’ a member of staff to a client, you may find it very difficult on your next audit visit to criticise the quality of the work carried out by your own member of staff!
When you assist in (or even completely carry out completely) recruitment services for a client, how then do you criticise the quality of the person that you yourself recruited on behalf of your client?
