Sir in securitization assets are transferred to SPV and returns ands repayments are financed by income from asset. Correct?
There isn’t a lecture because it is not asked often and when it has been asked the question has told you what to do.
However it is explained in several of my answers to previous posts (use the search box on this page to find them) and also there is a technical article on it on the ACCA website.
You should find probably two past questions referring to it in your Revision Kit.
