Hello, while practicing section C questions on spreadsheets and word, no matter how much I try, my time for each questions exceeds 45 mins. While my target is 36 mins. Because I cant spend so much time on section C in actual exam. What should I do? (Its an odd question, but this is making me nervous, considering I am already scared for the exam)

Obviously the more you practice then the faster you will get.

However do not panic. The pass mark is 50% – do not expect to be able to finish everything (virtually nobody does) but stick to the time location. For section C is a better to do something for each part of the question (even if no one part is finished) that leave some parts not attempted.
