Let’s say for example I forgot to restrict the personal allowance.
That mistake early in the process would effectively make every figure that comes afterwards in the income tax calculation wrong.

Assuming all my calculations of rate band limits and tax rates were all correct, would I still lose the marks for every incorrect figure, or just for the PA part?

error carried forward is in practice and an error early on will not affect the ability to get marska fter the mistake. If you have followed the correct process/rules, then the marker must give you credit

    Hi Sir
Today I was practicing question on time pressures, it was consolidation, what happen was that I did the workings of all GW, NCI, etc, but the I failed to post GW only in CSFP because of the time was over, so can I lose marks because I didn’t post the GW in CSFP or they will simply look my workings and see the GW calculation and give me my marks.
    Thanks.

I’m not sure I understand your question – it’s not tax related and this is the tax forum
