    Hi Sir,

    Just have a question if this sounds correct – sorry about this pretty stressed about P2

    The steps I have noticed in answering part B..(please let me know if this sounds right)
    (a) Identify the accounting policy in the scenario – could be more then 1
    (b) Define the account policy or policies and expand on them
    (b) apply to the scenario
    (c) Evaluate

    WIth most of the marks coming from points a,b,c…

    I just want to make sure I am following a correct pattern, I understand this cant apply for everything but just a general guide.

    That sounds fine to me – I always believed that the IDEA was IDEA – Identify, Define, Expand and Apply – but I could be wrong. But your approach should earn you certainly more than half – so long as what you write is correct and relevant!
