hi, i having problem in Sec A, is normally ask about strategy rite?
however, if the question did not mentioned which model to use,i having problem to find out which model are required in the question. any advise for this?Usually there are clues in the requirements.

> If ‘competitive environment’ is mentioned, think about 5 forces
> If ‘portfolio’ is mentioned think about BCG
> If ‘resources’ is mentioned, think about M-words (money, management, manufacturing…)
>If you are simply asked to appraise the organisation’s position think SWOT, but
try to feed ideas into that using M-words, PESTEL etc.HTH
