Something im not too sure about, when we come to writing the body of the report and total marks are say for example 10, can we still write 5 points fulfilling the requirements working on the idea that is 1-2 marks per well explained point? Is there an expectation to be writing more?
Also aswell with the jump from FM to AFM, in the written parts are we expected to be writing more for the marks available?
Thank you
It is not that you are expected to write more, but you are expected to write enough so as for it to be clear that you understand properly what it is that you are writing about.
The only way really to learn about the body of the report is to study the answers to these questions in your Revision Kit. However, bear in mind that the examiner always writes a lot more than he is expecting students to write 🙂
Also, (certainly for recent questions that are on the ACCA website) look at the last page of the answers to get an idea as to how marks are being allocated.
Thank you for your reply 🙂
You are welcome 🙂
