Which of the following options is not an appropriate qualification for the secretary of a public company?
anyone that the directors believe can do the job
a person woith an equivilant foreign qualification
a public limited company
none of the other three is inappropriate
The correct answer on the test is “none of the other three”. Can I just confirm that the secretary of a PLC can itself be a PLC?
