some of the questions were tough. some were easy.
1)labour cost efficiency variance and rate variance given. also, std labour cost per unit and actual labour hrs given. find actual labour cost.
2)master budget is prepared before the preparation of initial budgets. true or false
3)cost per equivalent units given, cost of opening wip, inputs, cost of closing wip also given. degree of completion also given.find cost of output.
4)high , low method. after a certain level variable per unit varies. fixed cost is same through out. aksed to estimate the cost of a given activity level.

tips, try to read texts from different authors, during study phase. like kaplan, bpp, emile woolf…. then practice questions from revision kits. go through the solutions given by the authors esp kaplan revision kit, kaplan is the best for F2.
no study text is perfect.
practice questions of revision kits under exam conditions i mean as if you are doing exam. that helps a lot. worse thing i find with myself was careless mistakes. i overcome that by doing questions under exam conditions.

to solve reciprocal method
to find a solution of two linear graphs.you study from kaplan also. some of the questions in the exam i solved bcoz i studied from kaplan which is not even discussed in BPP.

new question paper pattern is tougher than the present one. so, prepare well. take it as a challenge. i worked so hard to get this result. it was not easy at all.
