Hi,
I would appreciate if someone Could explain and/or give me an example of this… I do not understand well when the employee is not taxable on the cost of the scholarship. The text says “the employee is taxable on the cost unless the scholarship fund’s or scheme’s payments by reason of people’s employments are not more than 25% of its total payments”. What does “total payments” mean?
