By their very nature scenarios should not attempt to allocate probabilities to the key factors.
Why probabilities should not be allocated to the key factors?
Why can’t probabilities be given to key factors? Scenario planning implies arranging a number of factors that are likely to happen together and some assessment of probability is inherent in that.
