    Hello,

I have books for SBR exam that are valid until the June 2021 sitting. I will be taking the exam in September 2021. There will be a new set of books covering period from September 2021 to June 2022.

Should I purchase the new set of books or there is not much that changes in the books – in terms of the chapters and questions and therefore buying new books is a waste of money?

I did study for March and June exam from the books I currently have however, I was unable to take the exam in those two sittings due to ‘technical difficulties’.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Pawel

I think I would still use them, as they should be ok. Surely there were no any great changes, but I would offer to look at the Current Issues changes, as this is the main hot topic which would be amended all the time. Link below:

I attach the link from ACCA website which provides the main changes in 2021/22 session. Just have a look and if there are no massive changes, all good to go. Personally i used some bookes out of date and it was ok.

    Hello avbosip,

Your second link is not working. If possible, can you please attach an updated link?
I have the SBR 2020-2021 books too and I want to know how much has changed.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi

I am attempting to do SBR Dec 21 exam. Do I have enough time as I studied the fundamentals at uni almost 5 years ago and not sure if I can remember anything. Struggling at the moment to know where to start from. Can’t afford to pay for studying. Will Open Tuition be enough for me to pass/learn or will I need another studying tool/provider.

    Thank you
