Q1 – wats the best way – to pass with & just enough points in the answers on a cbe paper

Q1- wats word or phrases tells you which IAS or IFRS it is talking about – take one or 2 examples that will help thks you very much in advance – pls just give your guidance/techniques that will help to recognise them – ( I know its Qs practice) which I am doing using Kaplan revision Kit . Thank you in advance

I’m afraid it is just question practice. When you practice, have a list of the standards in front of you, then read the scenario twice, then ask yourself what standard seems to be being tested.

Knowledge – use our flashcards. If application goes a bit wrong you will still pass, but no knowledge means no pass.

Answer in single sentences of about 10 to 12 words.

Remember that that calculation errors don’t matter too much – but you must demonstrate the knowledge.

You won’t say everything in the model answer but see if you can focus on the first sentence of every paragraph.

Finally – remember that if you don’t allocate time precisely you are likely to score 49.

Hoping you are watching my debriefs of the last 6 exams in our revision lectures.
