I am sitting SBR in March 2020. My exam centre only provides for a computer based exam for SBR. Will there be much difference in studying for this? Can I used existing Kaplan & BPP questions to prepare for this exam? Or will the computer based exam be a different type of question? Thanks.

Same type of question – have a look at the specimem exams on ACCA website.
