I am struggling to answer a question from Group Accounts that has this adjustment.
The subsidiary transferred an item if PPE to the Parent for 35 million on 1st April 20X0, when its carrying amount at that date was 28 million. The asset had remaining useful life of 7 year.
both companies year ends are 31st December.Please assist me on how to go about this adjustment.
