Hi everyone! I am planning to take SBL in Malaysia this December 2018. I have revision kit book and I download notes from opentuition mostly. In the notes there’s UK related stuffs like UK Bribery Act 2010 and so on, I would like to ask is there International version for SBL and so on? If not, do I need to memorize or study UK related legislations, issues, facts and so on for my examination?
There is only one version of the SBL exam. You will never be asked specifically on the UK Bribery Act, but could, for example, ne asked, about what is meamt by term bribery, and what organisations can do about it. The UK law can be used as an example/list to generate ideas.
