Hi,
I was reading around this exam and there appears to be a perception that the SBL exam in December will be quite challenging. Is there any substance to this? I appreciate no one has the ability to foresee what will be tested and how.
Usually first time a paper is sat, to reflect the lack of available materials, the exam is more straight forward and/or less scrunity in the marking. 45% passed in Sept 18, which is quite high. However, this is still lower than the P1/P3 averages which were in excess of 50%.
When the exam is sat in Dec 18 the exam will logically be harder and/or high scrunity in the marking; due to the greater availablity of resources and time to prepare. This will likely bring the pass % down to similiar to the options around 30-40%.
