May I know when the SBL and SBR notes and lectures for the 2021 – 2022 session will be available on ACCA open tuition.

Possibly this month, but more likely early June.
If you look at the very end of the 2021/2022 syllabus you will see changes summarised. Most of SBL changes are simply rearranging topics, but there are a couple of deletions. Taking note of that, you are safe to study the current notes now. They aren’t much adrift from what you need.
I can’t talk about SBR – better to ask that tutor.
