Ahmed buy £10k gilts, paying interest at 2%, for £11k on 1 jun 2018. Interest is payable half yearly on 31 mar and 30 sep.
He sold gilts on 28 feb 2019 for £11400 ( inclusive accrued interest).How much interest will be included in savings income in respect of gilts for 2018/19?
