Sampling Design

Hello guys, I would like to ask for the sampling frame. If my target population is all the property companies listed at Bursa Malaysia, what will be my sampling frame? is it the list of property companies listed at Bursa Malaysia?

For example, if I tend to investigate 5 years annual report. However, some property companies’ annual report does not have 5 years. Therefore, when I do the sampling frame, do I need to exclude thse companies which does not have 5 year annual report?
