can you please tell me whether stratification can be used when conducting haphazard sampling and monetary unit sampling?

You stratify (into different bands of value, say), then use, for example, random sampling on each of the bands.

Monetary unit could be used for the second stage.

Haphazard isn’t really approved off because it can easily introduce bias.
