Dear Sir,
Before everything I want to thank you for all the help and information you provide to students.
My question is as follows:
Monthly variance reports are an example of which type of management information?
Tactical, strategic or operational?
In bpp revision kit the answer is Tactical and in Kaplan it is operational.
Which one is correct?
I think you’re new here. So please note, this forum is for students’ discussion. If you want the tutor to answer, post to ask the tutor forums. You will get prompt reply there.
While you wait, here’s some info, operational is something to do with day to day activities (supervising), while tactical is managerial level. Managers are not concerned about day to day things, that’s what supervisors are for!
So BPP is right here, monthly reports are tactical.
Sorry I chose the wrong forum but thanks so much for replying.
I chose tactical but then saw kaplan’s answer and thought I got it wrong.
Once again thanks for your quick help
