Sir,
In one of the question from the BPP Practise and revision kit, the asked us to analyse the total sales volume variance into components for market size and market share.
I was successfully able to find out the total sales volume variance, but please correct me if I am wrong; according to my understanding the market size relates to planning variance and the market share relates to operational variance.
Is that right?
