Hi sir, for question Setter June 2013.
The treatment is financial liability as it is not consitute as sale.
Sales proceed received = 37 million
Lease term is for 20 years
I am not sure why the answer says that we should recognise other income in SOPL of 1.85 each year?
Does not we should recognise it as finance cost?
This question is not in current exam kits so answer will be out of date. Try and work only on questions in current exam kits.
