Sage Line 50 / Book-keeping course?

Hi all!
I have finished my CAT exams and am progressing through the ACCA exams. I don’t have any practical experience and I was thinking about taking on some book-keeping work in my spare time. I am not really confident without any experience so I need some advice. Should I do a book-keeping course or a Sage Line 50 course to get me started? What would be the best thing to do?
