Could u explain the intimidiation threat in part (d)

If you need clarification of the term see the rulebook definition (para 100.12):
Intimidation threat – the threat that a professional accountant will be deterred from
acting objectively because of actual or perceived pressures, including attempts to
exercise undue influence over the professional accountant.
The examiner’s sentence seems clear on this point – I can’t see what requires further explanation.
