Hi.
I don’t understand thin capitalisation rule.
Sometimes to calculate interest expenses in local currently we are using exchange rate for the end of each month. But sometimes rate for the end of year. Is it related to accrual time (monthly, quarterly) of interest payment?Thank you in advance
