A couple of reminders to everyone using our Forum about our rules:
We do NOT permit anyone to plug their own services on our Forums (or set-up bogus accounts pretending they are students for the purpose of directing other students to use a particular service).
Whilst we welcome posts from knowledgeable mentors, we will remove any links, or email addresses or edit any post which in our opinion conflicts with our rules. We also reserve the right to suspend the accounts of anyone who participates in any activity, which in our opinion breaks our rules.
Students are reminded that services offering to write their RAP for them are illegal in the UK and they risk expulsion from both the OBU programme and ACCA if they use such means to attempt to obtain their BSc. UK University markers are experienced and do not rely just on Turnitin when assessing whether the student is submitting their own original work and will refer any work they find suspicious to the Academic Conduct Office.
Mentors are reminded that we will only permit the use of the appendage ‘Mentor’ if we have proof of OBU listing and that they have passed the OBU online mentoring course.
