Hi Mike,
Just a basic question – What are the rules to rounding? Sometimes it seems when a number is 1.5 it’s rounded up to 2 and sometimes not i.e. leave it at 1.

No rules – at least none that I’m aware of! Steve Scott is unlikely to give you a computation which results in a ???.5
And even if he does, markers will be instructed to give credit whether it’s rounded up or down. Unless….. IF STEVE SAYS in the question “round up” ….
But he never does 🙂
