At standard mix from the cost card, Dough should be 0.20/0.42 x 45 = 21.43kg; Tomato sauce should be 0.08/0.42 x 45 = 8.57kg; Cheese should be 0.12/0.42 x 45 = 12.86 kg; and Herbs should be 0.02/0.42 x 45 = 2.14kg
