In my country we are using Roman dutch law and I would like to know if it is wise to use course notes of English law,if so what are the significant differences that I have to be aware of so that I dont mix or confuse the two.
Which country? I know nothing about Roman – Dutch law – ( at least, I may do, but I don’t realise it! ) so I have no idea about “significant differences”.
And, how close is Roman – Dutch to the Global law content?
