Could you please explain the following disadvantages of rolling budgets to me?
Issues with version control, as
each month the full year numbers
will change
Confusion in meetings as to each
numbers the business is working
towards; this can distract from
the key issues. as managers
discuss which numbers to
achieve

Rolling budgets
The first one is there is a danger of managers looking at the wrong budget when they should be looking at the latest one.
The second is that because the numbers keep changing managers get confused and spend too much time comparing number than actually making decisions.
