I am still a bit confuse with the difference between a project sponsor and a change owner.
Could you please provide an example?
Many Thanks and Super Good Luck to Everyone!

Project sponsor is the person or department behind the project, really pushing for it and almost certainly payimg for it.
Change owner is like a project manager- responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and ensuring processes and people chamge so that the project is implemented.
Finance director might be a project sponsor behind a new accounting system.
Chief accountant might be responsible for seeing the project through.
Great, Thank you!
