Hello sir,
iam retaking performance management, and i have seen question on
a) calculating ROI and RI using annuity depreciation
b) Calculate and comment on the ROI and RI of the project at the project IRR of 12%
does the annuity depreciation is part of our syllabus?

You have certainly not seen any questions in past exams (or in theRevision Kits from either of the ACCA approved publishers) on annuity depreciation because annuity depreciation has never been part of the syllabus for Paper PM (was Paper F5).
I don’t know what study material you are using, but I suggest that you watch my free lectures (they are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well) and buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers.
