Hi,
What is the difference between ROI of an investment and ROI of the division as a whole?
June 6, 2020 at 11:04 am #572969The ROI of an investment is the profit from that investment as a % of the amount invested in that investment.
The ROI of a division is the total profit of the division as a % of the total net assets of the division.
Have you watched my free lectures on this? The lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to pass Paper PM well.
June 6, 2020 at 9:25 pm #573006Omg thank you so much! I just realized that I posted such a silly question, now that you have answered it. My brain didn’t work justnow. Sorry! Bad comprehension skills from me.
By the way, I have finished watching all your lectures for this paper. I love how you explained the concepts so well and the logic behind it instead of just blindly memorizing the rule!
I appreciate it a lot! 🙂 Thanks again!
