in case of aviation they usually have comprehensive insurance or contingency plan if aeroplane operationality effect. so that is basically risk mitigation startegy.
As coz of natural disaster COVID 19 risk realizes and steps taken by aviation are basically to reduce the effect of such realization
like cost cutting
delayed purchase of further fleet
discontinue unnecessary services.
