Hi sir ,
When reading the related party transaction just got a doubt that IS risk assesment and response to those risk assesment procedure somewhat same ? like can you give a simple example to understand the difference ?

I’d need the context within which the two separate expressions have been used

I can interpret them as synonymous but I could also see them being separable
