Regarding a pay off table, I have a question regarding the rows for 500 choice and 800 choice.
500 choice and demand of 400, here 100 cannot be sold, but we still calculate both customer choice and factory contributions.
And for 800 choice, it is only for demand of 900 that 800 can be sold. Why 4400 is for every demand level?
