Hi, can some help me ? the question are “if the entity decide to dismiss the audit firm during the year and the auditors refuse to resign, what rights does the companies act give the auditor ?”
Thanks in advance.
An entity can ask auditor to leave, but auditor has a right to explain reason of leaving in shareholders meeting and must file reason with CRO.
yeah and if im not wrong they can call .. GM (not annual) and explain the agenda and maybe shareholders voting and all that stuff.
