hello sir….i dont understand the calculation involved in these 3 situations….i think the reason is because i dont understand what is meant by TERP(only know how to calculate it),and also what the value of the right is…maybe you can clarify for me…if possible,please use the question on page 245-246 of the bpp study text….
I do not have a BPP study text.
Have you watched our free lectures on this, because in the lecture I explain in detail how rights issues work (as well as going through the calculations).
(And if you watch our free lectures (using the free notes that go with them) then you don’t really need your study text! Only the revision kit.)
