I AM JUST CONFUSED,
A COMPANY SHARE PRICE IS CURRENTLY TRADING AT 3.5$ AND PUTS ITS RIGHT ISSUES SHARE PRICE AT 3.75$HOW CAN ONE CALCULATE ITS TERP PRICE

In future please ask in the Ask the Tutor Forum if you want me to answer – this forum is for students to help each other. (Also, please do not type in capital letters).
There is not enough information in what you have typed to be able to calculate the TERP. There must be more information in the question (for example, maybe the question tells you how much in total the company is wanting to raise).
If it is a past exam question or a question in the BPP Revision Kit, then say which question and I will then be able to explain.
