    Hello
Just was curious, is there any specific revision method/schedule you would suggest following. Currently got the last bit of risk management left but in the meantime i have been rotating between the areas of the syllabus and picking out past exam questions. My efforts have mostly been concentrated on Advanced invest appraisal, Acquisitions and mergers and part of risk management (foreign exchange rate risk). Is there a revision plan anywhere with times etc?

We do not provide a revision plan.

However because most of the questions in the AFM exam require knowledge of several different areas of the syllabus (for example just pure NPV calculations require not just understanding of the discounting and dealing with inflation, but also calculating the WACC and most often understanding of CAPM).

For this reason it is best to work through all of the lectures first, and only after finishing studying then to start working through all of the questions in your Revision Kit. Obviously you are likely to have forgotten some of the things from the lectures, but then is the time to go back and look at the notes or watch the relevant lecture again, to make sure that you can sort out everything in the question. (And obviously to then ask in this forum is anything is still not clear 🙂 )
